Even if you missed the live event, there’s still time to register and access all of the conference materials and video recordings.

Registration includes high-quality recordings of the keynotes, scientific sessions and master classes (all available until 27 June 2021), as well as a digital book of abstracts and hardback copy of the conference book.

Registration fees

 

Full price online: 420€

Student online: 290€

All fees are VAT 0 %. No VAT will be added.

For a delegate to be considered a student she/he must currently be a full-time student enrolled in a PhD / master programme in her/his affiliated institution during the academic year 2021-2022. Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisor by e-mail to cupum2021@tavicon.fi

Cancellation policy

 

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing (email) to Tavicon Congress Bureau, cupum2021@tavicon.fi, by April 30, 2021 at 23:59:59 EET. An unpaid invoice is not a cancellation, and cancellation fees apply even for unpaid invoices.

The cancellation fee is 100 €. Cancellations after April 30, 2021 are not eligible for a refund. All registration fees covering a book chapter or an extended abstract for oral presentation or conference poster are non-refundable.
